Susan J. Hetrick lives in a two-story, pueblo-style blender in Scottsdale, Arizona, with her husband David, their four children, two dogs, and a cat. Susan earned her M.Div. in Counseling and Family Ministry from Phoenix Seminary while her family was blending, giving her the opportunity to test many of the concepts in this book. With more than fourteen years of experience as a mom and more than three years of experience as a stepmom, Susan has a unique understanding of the challenges facing Christian stepfamilies today.
